Care Instructions

Timber vanity:

  • Dust the vanity frequently with a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth, and polish it on a regular basis with natural beeswax or a silicone-free cleaner.
  • Clean the timber surface by rubbing in the direction of the grain.
  • Clean up excess water and spills immediately by using a blotting action rather than a wiping action. If water is left on the surface for a long period of time, it will cause white spots in the finish.

Porcelain sink:

  • Clean your porcelain sink regularly with non-abrasive cleansers and non- scratching sponges. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
  • Wash the sink with warm water, mild detergent, and a damp cloth or soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly using clean warm water

Granite vanity top:

  • Granite is porous and stains easily, so wipe off any spills immediately.
  • Clean the surface regularly with fresh warm water and a non-abrasive clean cloth. A non-abrasive, neutral (pHbalanced) cleaner will help remove dirt and grime, but is recommended that you first try warm water only, then use a cleaner only if necessary.
  • The granite top has been sealed as part of the manufacturing process. The sealer acts as an inhibitor and prevents most stains and soil from being absorbed into the porous surface, but it is not a guarantee against staining.
  • All spills should be cleaned immediately. To protect the surface, avoid contact with all oils and petroleum-based products. Also avoid contact with all acid or caustic products, such as vinegar, citrus or fruit juices, soda, chlorine, and nail polish remover.
  • If the granite is well-sealed, the warm water and non-abrasive cloth should keep it clean.
  • We recommend customers re-seal the granite top every year with a good quality granite sealer. Follow the instructions on the sealer container for application and frequency of use.
  • Placing protective pads on the bottom of any heavy objects will help prevent scratching of the granite surface. Periodically rotate accessories on granite so that they don’t sit in the same spot for an extended period of time.

  • It is recommended that non-acetic silicone sealant is used between the vanity base/wall.
  • Items may vary in size - check all measurements on site before installation.
  • Plumbing and electrical products must only be installed by a registered contractor
