Covid-19 Statement

We are currently experiencing delivery delays across the country due to a number of transportation challenges. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks transit time for all orders. We know things are challenging at the moment and our Customer Care team is here to support you with your purchase, you can reach them on 0800523828.

Our stores are currently open, and we are taking measures to minimise the impact of Covid on our team and customers. To help prevent exposure, if any of our team members feel unwell, we request they remain at home and we encourage our customers to do the same.

When you visit us in store, we ask that you kindly follow any relevant government guidelines, as these are designed to keep us all safe:

  • Use the QR codes at the entrance of the store. If you do not have a compatible phone please ask one of our team members to help check you in manually.
  • Follow government requirements relating to the wearing of masks. Compulsory face coverings unless a valid exemption is shown.
  • Physical distancing guidelines and customer capacity limits may apply at peak trading periods for some stores
  • Hand sanitiser readily available
  • Contactless Delivery available, please request at the time of purchase (standard delivery charges apply)
